These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of intigatefoundation.org (“Site”), operated by Intigate Foundation (“Foundation,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site, making a donation, volunteering, or fundraising through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

3. Donations
Where the Site enables online donations:

4. Volunteering and fundraising
If you sign up to volunteer or raise funds on our behalf:
- You agree to represent the Foundation honestly and not to make claims about our work, impact, or use of funds beyond what we publish
- Any fundraising activity carried out in our name must be approved by us in advance
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a volunteer or fundraising relationship at our discretion, for reasons including but not limited to conduct that could harm the Foundation’s reputation
5. Intellectual property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to the Foundation, except where credited to a third-party source (for example, stock photography credited in the hero section). You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. You may share links to the Site and quote brief excerpts with attribution.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, social media platforms) for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting a linked site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.
